We are seeking people who will provide customers with an exceptional and positive event experience. They will be attentive to customers’ needs by demonstrating excellent customer service skills and confident communication skills. Under general supervision performs routine duties of food and beverage service

The following illustrative tasks indicate the level of skill required and the extent of the responsibility involved in this job. They in no way limit the incumbent to the tasks indicated.

(a) Prepare and set up service areas and facilities for use by guests.
(b) Deliver to service areas and stock, count and record all inventories of goods and cash.
(c) Serve food and beverage products to guests as required.
(d) Monitor and supervise alcohol consumption as required by the Liquor Licence Act andUniversity of Toronto alcohol policies.
(e) Complete closing inventory and cash reports in prescribed manner.
(f) Secure inventories, cash and facilities in prescribed manner.
