Real estate Broker/Emlak Komisyoncusu (Turkey/Istanbul) vacancy in Turkey

Responsibilities:

• Conducting transactions for the sale of luxury Real Estate in Turkey: receiving client request, negotiating with clients, concluding a transaction for the sale of luxury real estate;
• Interaction with clients: negotiating, identifying the needs of the client, selection of objects and their presentation;
• Consulting clients on the market of elite real estate and the cost of objects in the assigned territory;
• Maintaining CRM system and agreement of contracts.

Requirements:

• Foreign language: English, Turkish;
• Experience, full or partial) in the segment of elite real estate in Turkey, knowledge of the specifics and features of the market;
• High negotiation skills;
• Ability to work with objections;
• Activity, communication skills, focus on achieving results
