I had a very disappointing experience working at JOOKU. The management was disorganized and often unresponsive to employee concerns. Expectations were frequently unclear, and priorities changed without proper communication or explanation. There was little to no opportunity for professional growth, and the work environment felt tense and unmotivating. Feedback, when given, was often negative and not constructive. Employee contributions were undervalued, and morale across the team was generally low. I would not recommend JOOKU to professionals looking for a supportive or well-structured workplace.
