I initially applied through Jooku and was answered by the manager Lilia S.R. - she politely explained that there was no suitable vacancy at the time, but referred me to the senior manager Timur Panov from the partner company Talent Fleet Logistics, specialising in warehouses and logistics. It was Timur who helped me to go through the formalities and get an official job in Finland. I am grateful to Lilia and the whole Jooku team for their honest communication and professional approach - even when they couldn't take me on directly, they didn't leave me out. Everything was to the point and without promises that are impossible to fulfil.

I’ve been working in Finland through Talent Fleet Logistics for 3 months now, and I have 3 more to go before the contract ends. So far, I’ve already earned over €9,000, which for me is an unbelievable amount — I never thought I could save this much in such a short time. The job is physical but fair, and everything — from contract to salary — is done legally. Payslips come on time, and there were no problems with accommodation or transport. For someone like me who came here to support his family, this experience has been life-changing. Looking forward to finishing the season strong and going home proud.

Я уехал на работу в Финляндию в мае 2025 года через TalentFleet. Получил официальное приглашение, рабочую визу и разрешение на проживание на 12 месяцев. Все документы были оформлены заранее, выезжал через Мурманск, без задержек. Проживание оказалось отличным — двое в комнате, квартира с мебелью, кухней, интернетом и даже стиральной машиной. До работы идти пешком 10–15 минут, что очень удобно.
