Currently, I serve as the Manager - IT Support Specialist at Xanadu Realty Limited, where I manage and support various IT functions, including Microsoft 365 solutions, Azure Active Directory, SharePoint, and device compliance policies. My role involves overseeing daily IT operations, ensuring system security, coordinating with IT vendors, managing hardware and software inventories, and assisting with the development of system administration procedures. Additionally, I have extensive experience working with senior management to resolve critical technical issues, support remote work environments, and maintain smooth IT operations for the organization. Previously, I worked as a System Administrator at IMS Global Magnamious Systems Pvt Ltd, where I gained expertise in administering IT infrastructures for global clients. I provided support for a variety of applications and systems, including Skype for Business, OneDrive, and network troubleshooting. I also have hands-on experience with server management, firewall configuration, and system backup and recovery. In addition to my technical expertise, I hold a Microsoft 365 Administrator certification (MS-102), and I am proficient in managing Microsoft 365, Active Directory, endpoint security, antivirus management, and IT asset inventory. My experience with both Windows and Mac environments, along with my strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, allows me to offer comprehensive IT support across various platforms and technologies.
