Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers upon their arrival in the store, understanding their needs and helping them find the right products
- Providing advice on product features, demonstrating use of products when needed and using effective sales techniques to close sales
- Keeping track of customer orders, ensuring accuracy of all transactions and maintaining records of customer interactions
- Updating shelves with new products, managing inventory levels and ensuring stock is replenished regularly
- Engaging customers in conversation about current promotions or new products available

Necessary Qualifications and Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred but not essential
- Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent verbal communication abilities
- Attention to detail
