Job Summary
We are looking for a highly-motivated Salesman to join our team in Doha. This role requires strong sales skills and the ability to develop relationships with customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales, meeting customer needs, and promoting products.
Role and Responsibilities
The Salesman will be responsible for driving sales through relationship building with potential clients. They will be required to identify new business opportunities and convert them into sales. Key duties include:
• Meeting customers in person or by phone to discuss their needs
• Developing relationships with customers to promote loyalty
• Generating leads through networking opportunities
• Maintaining customer records and tracking progress of sales
• Preparing quotes and other documents associated with the sale
• Answering customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Working with other departments to ensure successful completion of orders
Job Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have experience in a similar role within the industry, as well as excellent communication skills both verbal and written. A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not essential. Additionally, the successful candidate should have:
• Proven record of sales targets achievement
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Desired Skills & Experience • Knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Office Suite • Outstanding organizational skills • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment • Excellent problem-solving skills • A valid driving license is desirable
