Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and motivated Salesman to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and promoting our products and services to existing customers. The individual should have excellent communication skills, the ability to negotiate, and be self-motivated.
Responsibilities:
- Identify key prospects through market research, networking and other creative methods.
- Establish relationships with potential customers and generate leads.
- Understand customer needs, recommend solutions, and negotiate contracts.
- Monitor sales performance against targets and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for reporting purposes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
- Proven track record of successful sales experience in a similar role.
- Ability to analyze market trends and make informed decisions based on data analysis. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with customers quickly.
- High level of self motivation & enthusiasm for achieving results & targets set by the company..
- Ability to work both independently & as part of a team environment.. - Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is a plus..
