Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support in administrative and customer service-related tasks.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as an office assistant or similar role.
• Knowledge of office management procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Outstanding communication abilities (verbal and written).
• Attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is preferred.
Responsibilities:
• Receive and sort emails, mail, and deliveries.
• Assist with managing office supplies inventory and ordering supplies when needed.
• Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars.
• Provide support to visitors, customers, and other staff members.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, e-mail or in person.
• Prepare documents such as letters, reports, forms, memos etc., as needed.
• Maintain filing systems both electronically and manually for documents such as letters, invoices etc., ensuring all files are up-to-date and accurate records are kept at all times.
Salary: 1400 AED/Month
