Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support in administrative and customer service-related tasks.
Qualifications:
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field.
β’ Proven experience as an office assistant or similar role.
β’ Knowledge of office management procedures.
β’ Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
β’ Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
β’ Outstanding communication abilities (verbal and written).
β’ Attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
β’ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
β’ Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is preferred.
Responsibilities:
β’ Receive and sort emails, mail, and deliveries.
β’ Assist with managing office supplies inventory and ordering supplies when needed.
β’ Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars.
β’ Provide support to visitors, customers, and other staff members.
β’ Handle customer inquiries via phone, e-mail or in person.
β’ Prepare documents such as letters, reports, forms, memos etc., as needed.
β’ Maintain filing systems both electronically and manually for documents such as letters, invoices etc., ensuring all files are up-to-date and accurate records are kept at all times.
Salary: 1400 AED/Month
