Chemical Engineer - Process Optimization Specialist

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chemical Engineer with expertise in process optimization to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As a Process Optimization Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing improvements to our chemical manufacturing processes, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity. This is an excellent opportunity for a Pakistani national with a Biometric passport to gain experience and enhance their skills in the chemical industry.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of current manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement
- Develop solutions to optimize process efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including production, quality control, and research & development to implement changes
- Utilize data analytics tools to monitor process performance and identify opportunities for further optimization
- Train and educate team members on new processes and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in process optimization techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in process optimization within the chemical industry
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
- Knowledge of process control systems and data analytics tools
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required
