We are hiring a talented Wedding Planner to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for planning and organizing weddings from start to finish. Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their wedding vision, budget, and preferences
- Source and negotiate with vendors for venue, catering, decorations, entertainment, etc.
- Create detailed timelines and schedules for the wedding day
- Manage invitations, RSVPs, seating arrangements, and other logistics
- Provide creative ideas and suggestions for themes, decor, and activities
- Coordinate with the wedding party to ensure they are informed of all necessary details
- Handle all aspects of the wedding day including setup, coordination with vendors, troubleshooting any issues that may arise
- Maintain accurate records of all expenses and payments made by clients
- Ensure client satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service throughout the planning process

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Wedding Planner or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Creative thinking and attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with local vendors in Al-Rayyan is a plus
- Must be fluent in English
- Must be legally eligible to work in Qatar
Salary: 900$ per month
