Job Title: Office Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, filing, and data entry.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory levels.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Assist with preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Keep track of employee attendance records and leave requests.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, billing, and expense tracking.
- Help with organizing company events or meetings.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus).
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
