The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a culinary kitchen, with a portfolio that demonstrates expertise in a range of global cuisines. You will be an enthusiastic and committed leader that is capable of managing an extensive kitchen team. You must have experience in costing, menu development and recipe writing, and have a passion for food safety and customer satisfaction.
