NEEDS FOR CANDIDATE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts or a related field

• Proven work experience in the culinary field

• Knowledge of classical cooking techniques
• Experience in menu design and recipe development
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of HACCP principles
