Job Description

The Executive Chef will be managing the day to day operations of the kitchen. You will be in charge of menu planning, purchasing of supplies, maintaining and organizing the equipment, training the staff, and ensuring the highest quality of food is served. You should have a deep understanding of food safety, food cost, and all the kitchen operations.
