Requirements for the Candidate:

• High School Diploma

• Minimum 1 year of experience in floral arrangement

• Knowledge of flower care and handling

• Creativity in creating unique arrangements

• Eagerness to learn new arrangements and techniques

• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work flexible hours

• Ability to work with minimal supervision

• Willingness to accept constructive criticism

Job Duties:

• Consult with customers regarding their floral needs
