We are looking for a professional Cashier to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling cash transactions with customers accurately and efficiently. This position requires strong communication and customer service skills as well as a detailed knowledge of the products and services that are offered by the company.
The main responsibilities of the Cashier include:
• Processing payments accurately and efficiently ensuring that all transactions are recorded correctly;
• Engaging customers in friendly conversations, providing information about products, services, and promotions;
• Counting money in the register at the beginning of shift to ensure funds are available for customers;
• Balancing daily receipts with total sales;
• Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner;
• Maintaining cleanliness of the checkout area.

Qualifications & Skills:
• High school diploma or equivalent is required;
• Minimum one year experience working as a Cashier or similar role in retail or hospitality industry is preferred;
• Previous experience with handling cash and credit card transactions is preferred;
• Excellent customer service skills and good interpersonal skills are essential for this role; • Ability to handle stressful situations in a professional manner is mandatory.
In addition, basic math skills, accuracy, attention to detail, problem solving abilities are also required for this position. Furthermore, fluency in Arabic language is preferable but not mandatory.
