Secretary in Doha, Qatar
We are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team at our office in Doha. The successful candidate must be reliable and organized, with excellent communication and multitasking skills.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, strong interpersonal abilities and knowledge of modern office procedures. The Secretary will provide administrative support to various departments in the company and should be comfortable dealing with customers, vendors and other stakeholders.
The primary responsibilities of the Secretary include but are not limited to:
• Answering incoming calls and emails in a timely manner;
• Scheduling appointments and maintaining an up-to-date calendar;
• Drafting documents such as letters, memos, reports, presentations, etc.;
• Preparing agendas for meetings;
• Compiling data for reports;
• Coordinating travel arrangements;
• Tracking expenses;
• Data entry into the company's database;
• Maintaining filing systems and general office organization.
The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent problem solving skills, time management skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The position offers a competitive salary of 900 per month (or its equivalent in local currency). We are open to considering foreign applicants for this role.
