Office assistant in Khalifah A City, UAE
Khalifah A City is looking for an Office Assistant to support its operations and its growing staff. This position will help keep the day-to-day operations running smoothly. The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent customer service skills, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
The Office Assistant's responsibilities include but are not limited to greeting guests and customers, scheduling appointments, coordinating office supplies, managing databases and filing systems, providing customer service support for inquiries and complaints, preparing reports and spreadsheets as needed, and any other tasks as requested by management. Additionally, the Office Assistant must be able to handle confidential information with discretion.
The ideal candidate should possess a high school diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) is required. Exceptional interpersonal skills are a must as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this position with no prior experience. The salary for this position is $1200 per month.
