Office assistant in Khalifah A City, UAE
Khalifah A City is looking for an Office Assistant to join our team. This role requires a friendly, organized and detail-oriented individual to assist in the day-to-day operations of the office. The successful candidate will be a team player, capable of working in a fast-paced environment and able to handle multiple tasks at once.
The primary roles and responsibilities include:
• Greet visitors, answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel
• Maintain filing systems and update records when necessary
• Organize office supplies and order new items when needed
• Handle mail, emails and packages
• Provide administrative support to management staff, including scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements and taking minutes at meetings
• Assist with preparing presentations, reports and other documents as required
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
The ideal candidate will be computer savvy with excellent organizational skills. They should also have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as a professional attitude towards their work. Previous experience in an office setting is preferred but not required. We are willing to consider foreign applicants who can demonstrate their commitment to the position through their past experiences. A salary of 1500 is offered for this position.
