We are looking for an experienced and passionate Cashier to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer transactions, processing payments, and providing excellent customer service.

The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a strong knowledge of cash register operations and the ability to handle large amounts of money accurately. You should also be comfortable dealing with customers and be able to provide a high level of customer service.

Job Description:
The primary purpose of the Cashier is to provide excellent customer service while processing payments accurately and efficiently with all required information recorded accurately. Other duties include:
• Greet customers entering the store and answer their queries
• Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of each shift to ensure that amounts are correct
• Scan goods and collect payments
• Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
• Ensure pricing is correct
• Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies
• Bag items carefully
• Cross-sell products and introduce new ones

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification

• Proven work experience as a cashier or in retail sales

• Basic mathematical skills (addition/subtraction)

• Attention to detail and accuracy
