Office Assistant
El-Ain is looking for a motivated and organized Office Assistant to join its team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff, ensuring the efficient operation of the workspace. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
Job Description: The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff. This includes completing clerical tasks such as filing, sorting mail, scheduling appointments, organizing documents and other administrative tasks as assigned. Additionally, the Office Assistant will be responsible for maintaining the office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level and ordering new materials when needed.
Duties:
• Greeting customers and visitors in a professional manner
• Performing basic office duties such as answering phones, sorting mail, filing paperwork, etc.
• Managing office supplies inventory
• Coordinating deliveries of incoming packages
• Organizing documents and other administrative tasks as assigned
• Providing general assistance to staff members
• Maintaining records in a confidential manner
• Assisting with special projects as needed
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent degree
• Minimum of one year experience in an office setting or similar environment
• Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment
