We are seeking a talented, self-motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah. Our ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented individual with excellent problem solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.

The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to work under pressure while managing multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate should also have experience leading teams and managing budgets.

Requirements for the Candidate:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or other related field;
• At least 5 years’ experience in project management;
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams;
• Proven track record of successfully managing budgets;
• Excellent problem solving, decision making, communication and organizational skills;
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently;
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision;
• Strong computer skills including proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications. Benefits of Working with Us:

Job Responsibilities:
• Develop project plans based on customer requirements;
• Coordinate internal resources for the successful completion of projects;
• Monitor day-to-day operational aspects of projects as well as overall progress against timelines;
• Report progress regularly to stakeholders;
• Develop strategies for risk mitigation when needed;
• Ensure compliance with quality standards;
• Proactively identify potential problems before they occur and suggest solutions where necessary.
