Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef in a professional kitchen.
- Excellent knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients and recipes.
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Great organizational and time management skills.
- A strong understanding of various food preparation techniques, food safety regulations and kitchen organization principles.
- Understanding of nutrition, portion sizes and costing.
- Strong communication skills with both colleagues and customers.
- Flexibility to work long hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
Salary: 1200 QAR per month (including accommodation). We are also willing to consider immigrant candidates for this position.
