Job Description:
Khalifah A City is seeking to hire an Office Assistant with a salary of 1600. We are willing to consider foreign applicants for this role.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the office and staff, as well as help with general office duties such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and other clerical tasks. The Office Assistant must be able to multitask and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience working in an office setting preferred
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Knowledge of office procedures and routine clerical tasks
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Job Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and provide general assistance as needed
• Answer phone calls, respond to queries, take messages, transfer calls when necessary
• Assist staff with various administrative tasks such as filing documents, preparing reports, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings etc.
• Enter data into computer system for record keeping purposes
• Maintain accurate inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Ensure the front desk is organized and presentable at all times
