Office assistant job in El-Ain UAE for unskilled workers
We are currently seeking an Office Assistant for our El-Ain office. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the team.
The ideal candidate has excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. They must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. The successful candidate will also be required to handle a range of financial and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide general administrative support, including filing, answering phones, photocopying and data entry;
• Maintain office supplies; order new supplies when necessary;
• Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as keeping track of invoices;
• Keep accurate records of employee attendance, vacation requests, sick days, etc.;
• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or office;
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail;
• Answer questions from employees or clients in person or over the phone;
• Assist with special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience as an Office Assistant is preferred but not required;
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
The position is full-time with a salary of 1300 per month. We are willing to consider foreign applicants for this role.
