We are looking for someone with 2+ years of experience in office administration, with a strong eye for detail and excellent organizational skills. The successful candidate must be highly motivated and driven, capable of multitasking and delivering results in a timely manner.
The Office Assistant will be responsible for assisting the office staff with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, recordkeeping, photocopying, faxing, and other administrative tasks as needed. They must also be able to answer phone calls from clients and visitors in a professional manner. Additionally, the Office Assistant must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in order to effectively liaise between departments and personnel.
