Khalifah A City is seeking an experienced Office Assistant for a full-time, permanent position. The successful candidate will assist in the day-to-day operations of the office, providing administrative and clerical support as required.
The successful candidate must be highly organized, with excellent multitasking and communication skills. They must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
The ideal candidate should have:
• At least 1 year of office experience
• An excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with filing systems and other general office duties
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• A customer service focus and strong attention to detail
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• A valid driver’s license is an asset.
