Lawyer vacancy in Vilnius Lithuania

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and support on corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate reorganizations

• Draft and negotiate various corporate agreements such as shareholder agreements, joint venture agreements, and employment agreements

• Advise on corporate governance matters including board and committee structures, fiduciary duties, and corporate policies

• Ensure compliance with securities laws and regulations, including the preparation of disclosure documents such as prospectuses and other regulatory filings

• Advice on regulatory compliance matters, including environmental, health and safety, and privacy regulations

• Represent the company in negotiations with government agencies and other third parties

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior management, finance, and human resources, to provide strategic legal advice that aligns with the company's business objectives

• Manage outside counsel relationships and ensure that legal services are delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner

• Keep up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company's operations

Qualifications:

• Proven comparable law firm experience

• A license to practice law in Lithuania

• Demonstrated expertise in corporate transactions, securities, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance

• Excellent negotiation and communications skills

• Administrative and managerial skills

• Analytical ability and strong attention to detail

• Computer skills

• BS degree in Law

• At least 3+ years relevant work experience
