Corporate Lawyer
Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice and support on corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate reorganizations

Draft and negotiate various corporate agreements such as shareholder agreements, joint venture agreements, and employment agreements

Advise on corporate governance matters including board and committee structures, fiduciary duties, and corporate policies
-
Ensure compliance with securities laws and regulations, including the preparation of disclosure documents such as prospectuses and other regulatory filings
-
Advice on regulatory compliance matters, including environmental, health and safety, and privacy regulations
-
Represent the company in negotiations with government agencies and other third parties
-
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior management, finance, and human resources, to provide strategic legal advice that aligns with the company's business objectives

Manage outside counsel relationships and ensure that legal services are delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner

Keep up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company's operations
Qualifications:

Proven comparable law firm experience

A license to practice law in Lithuania

Demonstrated expertise in corporate transactions, securities, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance

Excellent negotiation and communications skills

Administrative and managerial skills

Analytical ability and strong attention to detail

Computer skills
-
BS degree in Law
-
At least 3+ years relevant work experience
