Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to become an Executive Chef in Doha? We are searching for a passionate and experienced individual to join our dynamic team.
The successful candidate will join our kitchen team and will be responsible for the development of all aspects of our cuisine, from menu design and recipe development to food preparation, presentation, and quality control. The Executive Chef will also be responsible for supervising the kitchen staff and ensuring that all employees comply with safety regulations and standards.
We are looking for a candidate who is able to lead by example and inspire others in the kitchen. The ideal candidate should have minimal work experience in a similar environment as well as strong culinary skills, excellent communication abilities, problem-solving skills, and an eye for detail. A degree or certification in culinary arts is desirable but not required.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: creating menus based on market trends, customer feedback and seasonal availability; designing recipes that meet customer demands; coordinating with suppliers to ensure freshness of ingredients; monitoring quality control processes throughout all stages of food preparation; training new staff members on food safety procedures; managing kitchen staff performance; ensuring compliance with workplace health & safety regulations; overseeing day-to-day operations in the kitchen; developing cost-effective strategies to reduce waste.
