Job Description

We are looking for a Cashier to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all financial transactions in a professional manner and ensuring that the customers' needs are met. They will also be responsible for managing the cash register, reconciling cash at the end of the day, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and greet them in a friendly manner
• Process payments accurately and efficiently
• Balance the cash register at the end of each shift
• Answer customers’ questions about products or services
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Maintain cleanliness of the check-out area
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
• Stock shelves when necessary

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Previous cashier experience is preferred but not required as we are willing to consider an immigrant with no experience.
• Good math skills and ability to handle financial transactions accurately
• Excellent customer service skills • Knowledge of relevant software applications (e.g., POS) • Ability to stand for long periods of time

Salary: 1500 QAR
