Housekeeping Manager job in Abu-Dhabi UAE

We are seeking an organized and proactive Housekeeping Manager for a modern 5-star hotel in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in a hotel housekeeping department and should be able to demonstrate the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
The primary duties of this role include overseeing the daily activities of housekeeping staff, ensuring that guest rooms are clean and well-maintained, developing and implementing standards for housekeeping operations, scheduling staff shifts, monitoring inventory levels of cleaning supplies, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and resolving customer service issues. The Housekeeping Manager is also responsible for training staff on cleaning techniques as well as policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate must possess excellent problem-solving skills, great communication abilities, the capacity to multitask efficiently under pressure, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A valid passport is also required for this role.
