Housekeeping Manager - Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a similar role, managing housekeeping duties and processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout all areas of the hotel. This includes overseeing staff, scheduling daily inspections, monitoring and tracking inventory, and ensuring that all housekeeping tasks are completed to a high standard. The Housekeeping Manager will also be responsible for training new staff members as well as developing existing ones.

The successful candidate should have excellent organizational skills, strong interpersonal skills, an eye for detail, and an ability to work independently as well as part of a team. They must also possess excellent problem solving skills and have the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. Previous experience working in a hotel setting is preferred but not essential.
