Job Summary

We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This position offers a competitive salary of 1300 for a foreigner. We are seeking an experienced professional with at least two years of experience in a similar role. In this position, the Supervisor will direct and lead the activities of staff to ensure that business operations run smoothly.

Job Responsibilities

The Supervisor's core duties and responsibilities include: overseeing daily operations to ensure compliance with organizational policies; providing guidance and direction to staff; monitoring performance and quality of service; motivating staff to achieve goals; developing and implementing plans for team training; handling customer complaints; coordinating with other departments and personnel; managing inventory control and scheduling staff shifts; preparing reports on personnel performance, operational metrics, etc.; executing administrative tasks related to personnel management (e.g., hiring, terminating employees); implementing safety policies, procedures, and protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should have: a diploma or degree in business administration or similar field; at least two years of experience working in a supervisory/management role; excellent leadership skills; strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently; excellent communication skills (verbal & written); problem-solving capabilities and ability to multitask effectively. The successful applicant must be willing to work flexible hours when needed. Additionally, experience working within the hospitality industry is considered an asset but not mandatory.
