Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in recruitment and recruiting for various positions. This position offers a salary of 1200. We are also willing to consider immigrants for this role.
Needs for the Candidate
The ideal candidate should be highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and should be able to work independently as well as part of a team. They should also have strong problem-solving skills, the ability to multi-task, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using online recruitment tools is desirable.
Responsibilities
• Source suitable candidates through online job postings, job boards, social media platforms etc.
• Screen resumes and applications
• Conduct initial phone interviews with potential candidates
• Schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates
• Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process
• Prepare interview reports after each interview
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and procedures
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience
• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite
