Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will have a critical role in ensuring the day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for managing staff, overseeing the quality of services and products, as well as monitoring progress.

Requirements for the Candidate:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred
• Proven experience in a supervisory role
• Excellent organizational and management skills
• Knowledge of relevant policies and procedures
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coordinate staff
• Strong problem solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
• Immigrant status is welcomed but not required
