Cashier - Malayalee Speaker (No English Required) - Doha, Qatar
We are looking for a Cashier with strong interpersonal and communication skills to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate should have a pleasant personality and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, professional communication abilities, and cash handling experience. A high school diploma is preferred but not required. The ability to speak Malayalee is mandatory, as no English proficiency is required for this role.
Reporting to the Store Manager, the Cashier’s primary duties include operating cash registers and scanners while accurately completing transactions according to established procedures. Additional responsibilities include helping customers find items they need, providing product information, collecting payment for purchases, maintaining accurate records of transactions, restocking shelves when needed, and monitoring inventory levels throughout the day.
The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in order to process customer payments quickly while ensuring accuracy at all times. Attention to detail and a friendly attitude are essential characteristics for this position.
