Seasonal Office Assistant (No English Required) - Sharjah, UAE
We are seeking a seasonal Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate should have at least 12 years of schooling and no prior experience. Preference will be given to candidates of Indian nationality.

This role requires excellent organizational skills, an eye for detail and the ability to prioritize tasks according to urgency. The successful candidate will need to possess a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues alike.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Answering phones and responding to emails
• Data entry and filing documents
• Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
• Scheduling appointments and meetings
• Updating digital records, such as databases and spreadsheets
• Sorting mail and distributing it appropriately
• Running errands as needed
