Job Description

We are looking to recruit an experienced Supervisor for our growing organization in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of employees and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company. The Supervisor will be expected to provide guidance and support to their team in order to ensure that all activities are completed in an efficient and timely manner.

The duties of this position include:
• Developing and implementing organizational policies
• Organizing staff schedules and shifts
• Monitoring employee performance to ensure that set goals are met
• Recruiting, training and supervising staff
• Liaising with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
• Ensuring a safe working environment is maintained at all times
• Maintaining accurate records of employee attendance and performance
• Resolving conflicts between employees or customers in a professional manner.
Qualifications & Skills:
• At least 5 years of experience as a supervisor in a related field is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English is essential.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving skills are mandatory.
