Job Description:
We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team in Doha. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase sales and reach our business goals. You will be responsible for leading and motivating the Sales team and ensuring that they achieve their targets. You will also be responsible for building relationships with customers, negotiating contracts, forecasting sales figures, and providing customer service.

Requirements for the Candidate:
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of the local market, industry trends and customer needs
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to lead, motivate and manage a team
