Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This position offers a salary of 1000 per month and we are ready to consider applications from immigrants.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organizational staff, managing office supplies, and helping to improve office processes and procedures. He/she must have excellent organizational skills, a professional attitude, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in office administration. He/she should be knowledgeable in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as other software programs related to data processing or office management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the smooth running of the office by managing tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining records
- Coordinating with departments within the organization on projects or other matters
- Developing and implementing office policies and procedures
- Answering phone calls, taking messages, responding to emails from customers or clients
- Managing accounts receivables/payables
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in office administration or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
