Job Title: Telemarketer - Umm-al-Qaiwain, UAE
We are looking for a Telemarketer to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain, UAE. This is a full time position open to people of all nationalities and no prior experience is required. The successful candidate will be provided with a free visa and air ticket.

Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
• Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about products and services
• Answering questions about products or the company
• Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Requirements:
• Must have excellent communication skills in Arabic or English (or both)
• Ability to learn about products and services quickly
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales quotas within reasonable timeframes
