Administrative Manager (Contract, Men Only) - Al-Wakra, Qatar
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Administrative Manager to join our team in Al-Wakra, Qatar. The successful candidate must be a Pakistani national who is proficient in English and have experience in administrative roles.
This is a contract job with accommodation provided. The primary responsibility of the Administrative Manager will be to ensure the efficient running of the office and provide administrative support to the team. This includes overseeing office operations, organizing meetings and events, maintaining records and filing systems, handling correspondence, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing reports and handling other administrative tasks as needed. The successful candidate must also be able to develop effective working relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills and have experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously. They should also possess strong organizational skills and be able to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver’s license is preferred but not required.
