Job Title: Mediator, El-Fujairah, UAE (No English Required)
We are looking for a Mediator to join our team in El-Fujairah, UAE. This is a contract position with no prior experience required. The ideal candidate will be Indian or Egyptian nationals, but all genders are welcome to apply. Accommodation will be provided to the successful candidate.

The job requires excellent mediation skills and the ability to effectively resolve disputes between parties. As a mediator you will need to remain impartial and demonstrate excellent communication skills in order to help both parties reach an agreement. You must also be able to remain calm under pressure and have the ability to think quickly and critically when dealing with difficult situations. Additionally, you should have knowledge of relevant laws and regulations and be able to explain them clearly and concisely.
