Mediator (Part Time Job, Urgent) in El-Fujairah, UAE

We are looking for an experienced Mediator to join our team in El-Fujairah, UAE. This is a part time job and is considered urgent. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and may have an Indian nationality.

You will be responsible for mediating disputes between two or more parties. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills as well as the ability to think quickly and remain impartial during negotiations. You will be expected to listen to each party’s grievances, understand their point of view, propose solutions, and help both parties reach a mutually beneficial agreement.
