Staff Assistant (Part-Time, Visa Sponsorship) - Lusail, Qatar (Preference for Indian Nationals).

We are looking for a Staff Assistant to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. This is a part-time role with visa sponsorship available. The ideal candidate will be an Indian national with good English language skills.

The Staff Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the team. You will assist with managing calendars, scheduling meetings and handling general queries from clients. You will also help maintain accurate and up-to-date records and ensure that all paperwork is properly filed. Your duties may include creating reports, preparing documents and coordinating travel arrangements.

To be successful in this role, you should have strong organizational and communication skills as well as the ability to multitask effectively. Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable but not essential as we provide training on the job.
