Front Desk Receptionist in Al-Rayyan, Qatar
We are looking for an experienced Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. The ideal candidate should be an Indian national with excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
The primary responsibility of the position is to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a professional and friendly customer service. The successful candidate will be required to answer inquiries and direct visitors to the appropriate person/department, take calls, manage bookings and appointments, provide administrative assistance to other departments, and ensure that all customer interactions are handled promptly and professionally.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years’ experience working as a receptionist or in a similar role. They must possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and excellent customer service skills. Additionally, they must have basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel/Outlook).
