Second Mate (Contract) - El-Fujairah, UAE

We are looking for a Second Mate to join our team in El-Fujairah, UAE. This is a contract job with accommodation and biometric passport provided. The ideal candidate should be an Indian national, with no English language requirement.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Servicing and maintaining all navigation equipment on board the ship
• Working with the captain and first mate to ensure safe navigation of the ship at all times
• Monitoring the cargo and its movement on board the ship as well as ensuring it is stored correctly
• Assisting in loading and unloading cargo from the ship
• Ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed correctly and on time
• Keeping records of ships performance, fuel consumption and engine maintenance.
