We are looking for a Mediator to join our team in El-Fujairah, UAE. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with people from a variety of backgrounds. We are especially interested in candidates with Indian nationality and/or proficiency in the English language. Previous experience is not required, but it is preferred.
The job duties will include resolving disputes and providing counseling services for individuals and groups, as well as advocating for those involved in conflicts. The successful candidate must have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain impartial during negotiations. This is a full-time position, however no accommodation will be provided.
