Telemarketer – El-Fujairah, UAE
We are looking for a Telemarketer to join our team in El-Fujairah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have experience in telemarketing and be eager to learn and develop their skills. Preference will be given to applicants of Pakistani or Malayalee nationality who do not require English language skills and possess own visa. However, we also welcome freshers who are willing to gain experience in the field. Accommodation will be provided for successful candidates.
Responsibilities include:
• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
• Answer questions about products or the company
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
